Cass views her job as passing on her extensive knowledge of small business development and NPO accounting and compliance to clients and co-workers. Cass is certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is a Certified Pro Advisor in QBO (QuickBooks Online). With her move to establish a northern office in Bayfield WI, Cass is focusing on working with clients on QBO and tax preparation. In recent years she has worked with Cardinal Stritch University teaching accounting. She has also taught for NBI (the National Business Institute) on topics around tax-exempt organizations, from originally applying for tax exempt status, to preparing the 990, the annual IRS filing for non-profits. Tax preparation for individuals and a range of businesses from S-corporations to cooperatives is becoming more of a focus for her. Always a fan of integration and online presence, Cass has embraced QBO, an excellent cloud-based solution for a range of businesses. The ability to integrate tax preparation and a rich variety of third party apps to QBO makes it a solution for the future!
